Club Facilities

 

Kareela Golf Club is positioned in the leafy Sutherland Shire suburb of Kareela.
Situated on the corner of the Princes Highway & Bates Drive we respresent the first major stop on visiting the Shire.

Our picturesquie but challenging course offers a great day out followed by a stop
in our friendly and relaxing state of the art clubhouse.  



Courtesy Bus

Our new courtesy bus runs every half hour to our western suburbs eg. Kareela, Jannali, Oyster Bay etc.
Every hour to our eastern suburbs eg. Sylvania, Gymea, Miranda etc. 
The bus operates Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The Drop Lounge

This area of the Club is situated off the Main Lounge
and is far and away
the most picturesque area of the Club. 
Situated on the northern side of the club,
with floor to ceiling glass windows
which allows for spectacular views of the
golf course and the suburb of Kareela.
There is no better place to enjoy a snack and a drink with
friends or a coffee and cake from the Café. 
Sunshine or cloud this lounge
area has it all for specialty relaxation,
perfect for small private functions.

Drop by and treat yourself to something special
at our coffee shop.

Main Lounge


The Main Lounge of the Club is a comfortable area with excellent views the golf course.
A big screen TV on the stage area and many
more to be viewed around the top of the bar
gives patrons a wide variety
of entertainment whilst enjoying a beverage or snack.
This area is also the venue for
the Club’s shows, music trivia nights,
Poker and Bingo. 
A gathering place for golfers after
the game this beautiful Lounge area offers relaxation
and ambience for the member and guest alike. 

 


The Sports Lounge

The Sport's Bar / TAB Lounge is just what the punter ordered.  Information galore is offered to the punting patron
by way of the many TV screens displayed on the appropriate channels to view betting odds and races. 
Two betting terminals give punters the opportunity to
get a bet on fast with the service that one expects at
Kareela Golf Club.




 

The Kids Club

Kareela Golf Club is a family Club with many
areas accessible to children. 
To compliment this we offer THE KIDS CLUB. 
Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm to 10.15pm. 
The costs is $5.50 per child. 
Children get a healthy snack and
drinks plus games and activities. 
The children are supervised by professionally
trained and accredited
staff who guarantee lots of fun in a
safe and caring environment. 
Kids must be between the ages of 3 - 12 years. 
Maximum number of children in kids
club at anytime is 24 - no exceptions.

Function Centre

Book your next celebration at Kareela Golf Club.
Weddings, engagements, meetings, anniversaries, birthdays.  Any type of function can be catered for - tailored to suit your individual needs.

 

 

Conference Room

Our very popular conference room seats 20 comfortably.
We have half and full day conference packages available but we understand you might only need it for that quick 2 hour meeting which is fine with us.  We have a list of very happy regular companies that book our conference room every year such as AXA, Department of Education, local schools and sporting committees etc.
