The Fairway Boardroom
We operate two rooms for meetings & seminars and they are available any day of the week. For the early starters, breakfast meetings are also an option.
The Fairway Room (Boardroom), located on the entry level of the Club it is a great place for your meeting or private get-together.
Seating up to 20 delegates, boardroom style, it is perfect for smaller conferences, meetings or training events.
Meeting and Dinner? A great option is to book our Fairway Boardroom for that important meeting and then head on down to Bistro Nineteen for a relaxed dinner and a change of pace and scenery.
Hire for full day is only $165 (room only) and half day $130 (room only) Monday to Friday.
Our Functions Rooms - The Ambrose Room -features floor to ceiling windows, which emphasise the magnificent views over the Golf Course and Oyster Bay. The Stableford Room – which is
adjacent to the Ambrose Room, also features floor to ceiling windows overlooking a native gardens setting.
The Ambrose & Stableford Rooms when in operation as one room can accommodate up to 200 guests for dinner and 300 for cocktail events.
We have some AV equipment on site which you are more that welcome to use, currently hire of these is included in the venue hire rates.
